What is Apples refund policy on iphones? Im referring to in-store purchases. I bought an iphone 5 sim free the other day and I am thinking about a full refund.

I have opened the packaging but have yet to activate the phone.

Thanks :)

From the apple store? 14 days no fuss, there's a little option on the machine they scan your barcode with that says "buyers remorse" that always makes me chuckle.

But yeah go back with it and the receipt and say yeah want to return it for X reason and they generally do if it is within the 14 days.

Also good to do if they lower the price within the 14 days you bought it, got a cool £30 back off my nano from that. (something like that anyway)

Cheers!

Yep in-store. Even though it has been opened? (but not activated) That is generous of them!

Yeah they are pretty good if its within 14 days, people turn up with the odd macbook or imac and just say it's not for me and as long as its in a near new state (ie works and someone hasn't covered it in paint) they send it off for the refurb store. Same goes for pretty much everything they make/sell.

Pretty sure it is to encourage people to try something new/different with them as it is a pretty expensive purchase to do without a trial.
