Had an odd one with this update. My Mac restarted and appeared to install it yesterday and all seemed fine, but when I woke it up this morning it wanted to install again and when I checked it was sating it was on 10.9.3 still.

Let it do it's stuff and now it's reporting 10.9.4 but it didn't give any indication of a problem yesterday.

Did it fall asleep when it was downloading the update? :p

Nope, download completed the first time, system restarted and did various progress bar stuff across the screen and then return back the desktop with no apparent issues.

System was slept after this and then when it was woken the next day it prompted for another restart and install again (with the same things happening as before).

All seems ok now
