Apple Remote Desktop 3 - confusing

hi

we want to buy Apple Remote Desktop 3 at work

https://www.apple.com/uk/remotedesktop/ cost £60

mainly for installing software remotely 400+ mac's

but boss said there is a licence cost per 20 macs http://store.apple.com/uk-business/...-3-volume-licenses-20-seats-price-is-per-seat

is that true?

Only the admin Mac needs it installed.

The other macs can be controlled by it by enabling Remote Management in System Preferences > Sharing

an update for remote update client has come out version 3.8.2... it seems a lot better than before.

EDIT: The server version of the update 3.8 has just come out today.

Having a few issues with Application Usage Reports on certain clients. Why would this be?

I generate a report and it's blank.
