If this is against the rules, feel free to delete.

I had my nano for awhile and unfortunately the screen went. I arranged a replacement. The guy on the phone said a courier will collect your nano (which would have to be placed in a box provided). UPS delivered a box and did not collect. Apart from the obvious and call Apple, what should I do? As anyone else had this problem?
