Why is it, when its good, its good (which it can be)

But when its bad, is appalling

I rang tonight to spend a reasonable amount of money. But was met by:

1. On hold for 10+mins on a single occasion.
2. Cut off in mid conversation.
3. Routed through to a Californian call centre without telling me. After 5mins the operator finally established she couldn't help.

Total time spent trying to reach an operator=20min+

Even the website opening times for the store is out of date. Poor.

I have never had any problems, although i have only rang up a few times. Suppose its just bad luck for you to get a select few pain in the ass people.
 
When I called them last was done within minutes, dealing with the tech support people in India is always a PITA though.
