I bought a MacBook online from the Apple website a couple of years ago, and it needs to go in for service (cracked palm rest). I can't find any useful contact details on the Apple support page though - the option to phone them says that my product only had 90 days phone support (but I don't really want phone support, I know what's broken), and the other option is to take it to a store or authorised service centre.
What's the deal with this? Do Apple really not offer any sort of collect + return service like every single other laptop manufacturer?
