An open source app that tells you which one of your existing software are ready for Apple Silicon. It only checks the actual software in your library, e.g. if you installed an Intel version, it sees it as Intel, even if a different Apple Silicon version is available.
It picks up universal binaries well though.

I like Go64 for this. It was ideal when going for Mojave to Catalina as it'd pick up 32 bit applications and now it's been updated with an architecture column so you can see what's Intel and what's Universal.
