Apple store delivery times

I've just ordered a Mac Mini (2.7 GHz dual core Intel i7, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD) and never having used the Apple store before I'm wondering how accurate the delivery estimate is. I've been given the estimated date of 19th April and on the order it was just the Mac Mini.

Does anyone have past experience with the Apple store delivery estimates and how quick their processing/delivery times actually are?
 
I guess I'll just have to wait until it's dispatched then. I'd hoped it would be this week rather than next so I can ensure I'm in to sign for it. I was comparing it to the Amazon estimates which vary hugely and normally after ordering from them the item(s) are delivered around a week before the estimate.
 
Everything I've ordered from the online store (except new products for launch day) have arrived before the initial estimate. That includes custom built Macs.

I've ordered from there quite a few times and even though I customised my orders for the most part, they've always arrived on the expected delivery date or before hand, :).

Hope this helps.
 
Just a quick update for others wondering about delivery times. The Mac Mini was delivered this morning by TNT. So taking out the bank holidays and the weekends it was delivered in 5 working days.
