Are apple store prices for hardware the same as the Apple Web Site ?

Noticed theres a new store opening up in Glasgow so would be handy to just pop in if I decided to get a Mac.

They're the same everywhere.

Apple enforces a Minimum Advertised Price policy on its resellers, the upshot of which is basically that any given Apple product will cost the same whether its on Amazon or your local town Apple Store.

There is a student discount, but apart from that the price you see on the Apple Store is basically what you will have to pay.

They did a 10% discount the day the Bullring store opened, so maybe worth popping along on day 1

I might have to go along on opening day, but last time I was at lakeside some **** tried to steal my bike
