Apple tech support down?

Over the past 5 hours I've tried a few times to contact apple support via their online system only to get the message:

"We're sorry, the transaction cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later or contact us."

Hmm.. it's still down. Does anyone know how long it is normally down for?

I thought it was only open during business hours?

That would explain a lot!

I'd have thought the webnote system was open 24 hours.

The issue is 1 dead pixel and the screen outer surface is glued on funny so it has a large gap on 2 edges letting dust in.
