Apple tv q

Hiya was interested ikn getting apple tv, but was wondering if it would display games I can play on the iphone, and if that gets done without video lag?

If you have a 4S then you can mirror the whole display. Some games work full screen and then have other data on the phone.

I've tried it and it was very laggy.

Ah, so its just good for video/music I guess. Fair enough, is it easy to marry with a generic nas or does that has to support some apple thing? Only recently got a 4s, and surprisingly loving it, so wondering about friendliness of other apple bits and bobs.

Out of the box it only connects to iTunes on your pc/laptop. If you jailbreak it, you can install XBMC which allows access to a NAS.

Was same result for me trying Real Racing 2, wasn't really playable at all.

Would 100% recommend the Apple TV but only when jailbroken.
