Can we only do the bloody o2 by selecting test ourself. It doesn’t do test it self?

It’s does background checks if enabled https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT211027 but not continuous, it’ll do the checks an intermittent times depending on some factors.

I've noticed mine will do them once I've got my arm rested on something and it's steady but it's hours apart. Must be switched on in the settings to do so!
