Apple Watch series 1 playing up

hi all my watch has started playing up I’ve been googling and can’t work out what’s wrong could it be the force touch? Or the actual digitizer?

Assume you have tried doing a cold reboot of it? Is the glass level with the watchface still?

Looks like there’s display separation? Could be swollen battery pushing on the back of the display

Possibly the crown is glitching.

Get to an Apple Store and have them look inside. If the battery is swelling, it’s a manufacturing issue.

Yes many timesThe glass if fine I’ve removed the face there’s no bulging battery I’ve tried 99% alcohol in the crown to clean it but to no joy
