As for the Apple Watch, i just don't see it doing well. Even if Apple decided to release a Apple Watch, only the Few hardcore Apple fanboys will buy them,of course it'll be an overpriced item...

If you want a watch, just go out and buy a damn watch.
 
They won't do it (I'll happily eat my hat if I'm wrong)...

The whole iPod Nano with wrist strap didn't really take off (as the design has now changed) so unless they have something amazing up their sleeve it won't happen any time soon. Although on the flip side you could argue the change in nano would be to differentiate it from a possible Apple Watch?

I have a sony smartwatch and its pretty good tbh. Not ground breaking but deffo good if u dnt already have a watch

It's just the usual blogger/analyst circle jerk speculating on what they think is the next big thing. If Apple do release a watch then they can say that they called it correctly, if not its just more evidence of Apples decline without Jobs to guide them.
 
i'd like a watch with a built in mp3 player, running a headphone wire up your sleeve from the watch would hide the wire and the disply on my wrist would cut out taking my phone outta my pocket all the time to change tracks.

However i don't like the apple stuff because its stupidly overpriced and has to much "status" surrounding it.
If they made it look nice and dident overload it with features, i'd consider it.

y not just bluetooth headphones?

I use my bluetooth nokia headphone with my note 2 and my sony smartwatch controls the tracks and volume.

Hopefully apple can put something similar together

I think it has some sort of appeal but I can't see it being a huge success.

Then again I'd have said the same about the iPad.

I like in ear headphones and i dont like the weird ones that have a strap around the back of your head , also thier not compatible with all phones like my sony xperia go. I cant use the change track device on the earphone cable either, in this day and age and very much with sony, i am surprized that it does not work.

Plus how do bluetooth headphones overcome the changing of track on the phone or selection of a specific track without removing my phone from my pocket, i know there have been other things developed which conected a watch device to your phone but these have very limited choices and are very expensive.
