Does anyone use one and with Windows 7?

I've narrowed it down as the keyboard I want, but I've read some of the keys don't function in W7 like the delete key.

Any way around this, I'm quite savvy I don't mind installing software to get it working as it should. I would need all the keys on the board to operate as they are indicated by the lettering, unfortunately I game on the only pc in the house and my family need to type properly.

If I have to install third party software to get it to work, I don't mind I can handle that.

Thanks!

Iv got the wired apple keyboard (wanted the number pad for some civ2 action) but if you just download and install the w7 bootcamp drivers that lets you use all the keyboard functions in windows :)

The latest 3.2 update fixed the media keys in itunes for me too!

I occaisonally use my bluetooth Apple keyboard on a Windows Desktop, the Trackpad isa bit fussy but they keyboard works just fine using the bootcamp drivers on a non bootcamped PC. All the keys work as you would expect, no problems with deleting.

It should work, but like others have said you will need lastest boot camp drivers. I've never run it on a non bootcamped PC though

I've only ever used these through Bootcamp, I tried to setup a wireless keyboard on a Windows laptop once, but it couldn't pick anything up at all.

Works fine without bootcamp but functionality is limited in some ways.

Someone made some software I believe that adds in this functionality.

Here's one but there are others I believe, one even shows the mac style icons when using the fn keys.

I use Uawks for some time with W7
There are some oddities with symbols; @ " ~ ect.
I've got used to them thou.
It has a few settings you can alter to get what you like.

edit.. it's set to english UK, what should it be set to?

I have just purchased an apple wired keyboard for my windows 7 pc. I have heard bits about bootcamp but am unsure of the details and what this is. Please could somebody provide me with a link or tell me what I need to keep the functionality of the buttons within windows 7. For instance, the media buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you'll be fine with what's already been suggested.
The Apple Wireless Keyboard Helper is a free application which, despite the name, works with all of Apple’s keyboards.
