Very doubtful I would imagine.

Most likely it will be just the software unveiled at this event with the previews available for devs

It will. The iPhone 3GS gets iOS 6 updates, the iPhone 4 will stop after iOS 7.

0%. It's a software-only event meant for developers. We'll probably see previews of iOS 7 and OS 10.9 though.

Don't expect any hardware at all.

Although Intel will be launching Haswell a week before so perhaps there could be an odd hardware upgrade if they don't count such a thing as "amazing new". But Apple are known to drag their feet with processor updates...
