Application error in Explorer.exe when you shut down or restart Windows 8.1 x64

I sometimes get a popup error message when shutting down , but it only appears for a couple of seconds.all the time.

It could be a driver issue maybe, I had a similar problem a while back and after updating drivers and Windows it went away.

I'd suspect it's some program that "hooks" into Explorer to give it added functionality - the most common ones being anything that modifies the right click menu with "open with BLAH" or anything that provides thumbnails for files not normally recognised by Explorer.

Hmm im unsure if i have google drive. mine seems to be linked with geforce experience and shadowplay. Possibly the hard drive it uses
