I'm getting the above when trying to do a clean install of AMD 12.4 drivers for my Asus 7970
I have this before ages ago and managed to fix it, but sort it this time what am I doing wrong ?
also I cannot uninstall visual C++ 2010 x86 or 64bit which normally the problem I think.
 
I had a problem like this aswell with a clean install, had to do a system restore and install over the top of my previous drivers, installed fine that way.
