Application relocation utility needed

Do these work, are they reliable and if so what do you use?
I want to relocate some large apps & games after rearranging my HDD arrangement. Reinstalling will mean either losing customisations or searching for each applications config files and directories to backup and move.

Your registry will then be is disarray so tbh I'd personally just reinstall everything.
