Application uninstaller

I remember reading about an application that uninstalls apps and deletes all the files...does this exist? What is it called?

There are plenty, AppZapper & AppCleaner are popular ones. CleanMyMac too.

I've used AppZapper for about 3 years now and I think it's the best one out there.
