Applying for my first supervisory position..

Its an internal vacancy for our control room (We deal with Vehicle removals and emergency boarding for the Police) never appied for a supervisor position before.. any advice at what questions I should be thinking about? I do have a lot of knowledge of all the schemes I presume I should be expecting questions about them?

Any advice appriciated
