You have to download a program. I believe it's this one http://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/
I don't think you need the Stardock (ew 
) software for that one, you just need to patch your uxtheme.dll
Download the free patching app here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/desktop_software/other_tools/uxtheme_multi-patcher.cfm
Once you've run that, you should be able to extract the zip and install the style
