The spec looks good but you might want to add an after market cooler. I've got the Noctua NH-U12F and recommend it.

Looks alrite might want to change your HDD to the AAKS version as it is slightly better performance wise.

Do you not need a case or anything else like that? If not it looks fine but I might suggest getting two DVDRW drives rather than an ordinary DVD drive because the price difference is minimal.
