So i've been roped into fixing the girlfriends mum's computer 
Which i've been guilt tripped into going to fix tomorrow.
All i know so far is that it's running vista and that after her son's friend had been using it (i'm assuming porn) it's now coming up saying they need to pay to fix it and something about stealing their credit card details.
This problem is only occuring on her mums user account.
Tl;dr what tools should i use to get rid of this trojan/malware that i can take on a usb with me, preferably portable.
