apps to save storage?

Hey there!
I want to ask you for a recommendation - I need really to have more storage on my phone, this seems a reoccuring problem, too many photos on my phone etc - are there any cool apps for helping get the storage cleaned, from whatever?! Photos would be cool ...

@ THe Baron: use that already but thats not the only options as there is laos just limited space.

@ becks: But what happens to them if you put them in a cloud? Will they be stored again?
@ pugwash: Ok, did not also know that, also a quite not nice feature.
