Hello I have a Lenovo Tablet M10 I can't remove apps such as Google email, Chrome, and other crap? .. I have the option to disable these and other apps that can't be remove.. so by disabling them will it affect the running of my tablet IE: performance wise thank you very much

Disabling apps won't do any harm. These are system apps so you can't uninstall them via normal means.
