APU build needed

Can someone help me with a basic office APU build spec

APU - AMD
RAM - 8 gig
MOBO
CASE - budget but black
PSU
DVD BURNER

No need for OS, mouse, monitor or keyboard or SSD

Ideally an A10 chip for a bit of graphics oomph

Not sure I've missed anything else

Are there any DVI/D-sub to VGA connectors? Or any motherbaords that will let me connect up an old monitor to this build?

Is there much difference between an A8 chip and the A10 in terms of noticeable performance?

That MOBO is out of stock, can someone recommend me an alternative? I'd like to buy now

I guess it'll do the job, no thrills.
It's a shame the cheaper 7670K isn't in stock, as it's the better CPU. Can be had for about 10 quid less, from looking around.
