Hi ive never even seen a water cooling system before but im building one... first ever computer build as well...
Ive got a aqua computer Cuplex HD water block attached to my I7 860 and all the tubes look like theyre in the right places. The pump is aquastreat XT USB Connecting up wires now: USB connection cable, speed signal cable... but the manual (http://www.aqua-computer.de/e_content/e_anleitungen.htm) says something about the thermo control system - about sticking a sensor to the cuplex and then wiring it into the power-switch line

I cant find a sensor to stick down
I cant find a green wire to cut

Aqua-computer forums are all in german
Is this "Thermo-control system" something not included with this block/pump
Do i need to be chopping and sticking bits...?

Any help would be much appreciated, thnx

you have an i7 860 and its ur first build XD wish i had that money :>

im an idiot with money lol the graphics card is powercolor 5970... im jus hopin to hell i dont end up spraying antifreeze over the whole thing...
so....... anyone know anything about this thermo-feedback malarky? hmm ******** to it im jus gonna cross my fingers and plug it all in...

:s yeh i know i appear pretty stupid - but i dont know people who do this sorta thing - mosta my mates have problems opening a word document... so sorry for the questions if they same a little basic or obvious :) i know its quite ambitious for a first build but i got paid and thought **** it im buying wtf i want ya know?

so... anyone know if it's enough to rely on the aquastream XT pump's inbuild temperature monitor? (i know this wont pickup a cpu temp rise if the flow is disrupted) or is there something i should be connecting to the CPU/mobo/waterblock as a safety cut-out?
