ok I posted this a while ago and am hoping people have more insights now. Basically I love aquadock but when in games I go to say the top of the scren it minimizes to show aquadoc, which can crash some games. Just wondering if people know a way to stop it bieng activated when full screen on something
 
i have never used aquadoc but is it possible that its set to be always on top? just thinking that if the game is too there will be a clash and you may not see the aquadoc but it's trying to be oin top or something which is possibly how your clicking it.

is it possible to quickly drag aqua to another part of the screen i.e the left, just before gaming? not a very good solution but might work temporerily until you find a permanent one.
 
I use rocket launcher (another dock clone), and don't have this problem..

It'll sometimes steal focus from photoshop though, which is annoying.
