Aquaero 6 PRO help

Hi there I got problems with this fan controller every time I restart or shut down my computer it loses time and date? Can you help me sort this out as there aren't much on this fan controller Aquaero 6 PRO

How do you have it set up?
I am not 100% sure as I haven't started using mine yet but I think the Aquaero needs some kind of standby power to keep settings so either USB header or the add-on battery.

If your USB header isn't supplying it then look at getting the battery?

Okay thank you I will connect usb header as I though it only used to monitor and set up fan profiles and pump. If not I ill buy the battery. Thanks a lot I get back to you if it worked out in the evening

Thought it synchronised it's time with the PC but that might explain why mine keeps resetting itself when I power off my pc and unplug it. There is a synchronise button in Aquasuite that you can use.
