Hey guys!

I bought an Aquaero PRO fan/watercooling doodab a few months back and have only just started to think of installing it (yea I know!).

Anyway im at a complete loss here. Ive got the thing and I know I need to plug other things into the thing but I dont know what to put where...

I hope this sounds as confusing as im finding the product to install :p

Basically though ive understood how to screw it in and ive got power going into it. Now I need to know how to plug the rest of the stuff into it.

I know where for example the fans would be plugged but im running a large Corsair 800D case with 1 watercool loop which may end up being 2 in the near future and as of this moment in time im using 4 fans. Thats all fine as the device has 4 fan sockets however if I was to utilise the other fan for a second loop id need more sockets. So one question I guess is are there such things as fan cable sockets where you can put multiple fan cables into and yet use 1 fan socket?

Also how would I go about using the device to monitor my watercooling temps? What do I need to buy or plug in where?

Im at a complete loss here and the instructions manual doesn't really help.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry man I can't really help but I can sympathise with you.. I've been trying to decipher my Aquacomputer manual for about a week... Maybe someone on youtube has posted a video to help with installation?

For extra fans, just use a fan splitter cable :)

Thank you dude that sounds like what im after!

Now I need to just find one! Hah!

And yes these things are bloody awful to install...

They could have at least given me a diagram of the wire network I need to place... Bloody thing!

I wasn't born knowing unfortunately :(

BTW, do you think the aquereo is worth it so far?

With my FC5V2, it has temperature sensors and those can go into the liquid for temps :)

OcUK sell fan splitter cables. Iirc, they're akasas ad they are around £2 each?

for temp monitoring you should use one of these

and mount it like this

I can't really say because right now ive just about got it to tell the time :p

Search on this forum mate.
Ive done an extensive review which covers the information your are after

posting from my phone so cant linkie sorry

remember the ae5 is a unique product. it monitors water temps and its flow and lets you control the fans and other things like leds etc accordingly

awesome piece of kit if uve got loads of watercooling. first thing to do is install the software and update its firmware from the aquacomputer.de website ;)

Btw i wudnt plug in the temp sensor shown above into my loop like that. that sensor is for plugging directly into a reservoir. you can get sensors which will screw into your rad and other fittings without needing additional adapters
