Arcade / Sim Racing game with good graphics ?

Lately Ive been really into racing games, either Arcade, Sim or a hybrid of both but Im now craving more!

I own and love Shift, Shift 2 and Grid Autosport.

Now, Im a graphics whore but when I say graphics Im looking for a game that has detailed tracks as well as the cars.

Unfortunately I missed out on Project Cars and will have to wait for its official release but is there any others I could try in the mean time?

I have seen some like Assetto Corsa but imo the tracks are really bland and basic. Ive been playing Grid Autosport loads as I think its awesome but I want MORE!

Any suggestions for different games?

Iracing hands down is the best sim racing game out there, but it gets serious and expensive, Its more a sim sport than a game.

Dirt 3, F1 2013 both good games with great graphics.
