Arcade style joystick for PC

im looking to play some mame beat em ups etc and also neo geo,
does anyone know of a sub £50 multi button joystick? i'd love a neogeo stick.
cant afford x-arcade

You want an old style one that goes on the desk? I reckon those are just for flight sims now, otherwise just a wired 360 controller does the job imo

x-arcade is the best bet...but as you say, pricey :/

You could probably get an old school joystick on eBay. We used to buy those quite a lot for fragM "golden joystick" awards.

The alternative would be to buy the buttons + a joystick from an arcade suppliers and then build a joystick/controller. You can basically build the x-arcade yourself for around £50 (two joysticks, 12 buttons, convert a keyboard controler or old cheap usb joypads). Takes a bit of effort but the final result is rather rocking

I hear the HQ virtual fighter arcade stick they made for the 360 will work just fine on a pc
