Architecture sketch software

Any recommendations for software to do architectural-style drawings like the below. I know how to use Sketchup but it's no good for totally flat 2D drawings, unless I'm missing a feature that removes all 3D/perspective.

Will look at Sketchup @Steeps but what about things like furniture etc? I don't want just the wheels of a car but the entire outline etc.

Thanks so much for this. Don't know if it's an update since I learned it but I didn't know about Parallel Projection. This is exactly what I want, so thanks.

Do you know how to rotate said view by 90 degrees? Using rotate obviously skews the top down view.
