Hello Ladies and Gents
Out of absolute boredom and while waiting for Warhammer to come out my wife downloaded Archlord and after a few hours of trying to install it she finally got it running.
Now we come to the reason for this post. Times ranging between immediate and 40 mins the game freezes completely and either restarts the computer or it requires pressing of the reset button. Ctrl, Alt & Delete do squat. Any Clues?
She is running the following:
Operating System: Window's Vista 64bit SP1
Processor: Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 ghz
Graphics Cards: 2 off Radeon ATI 4870's 512mb each in crossfire.
Memory: 4GB
Sound Card: Creative SB X-Fi
Power Supply: 700w
Anti-Virus/Firewall: Norton 2009 (but strangely its still 2008...go figure)
Ive tried running it as an administrator, tried running as if im using XP, tried running with no sound, lowered all the effects to almost stick men quality and it still does it.
HELP.
