Arctic Cooler 64 & no IHS

anyone?, sorry to be a pain but ordering stuff now, want to get it shipped tommorrow, i just got myself a Biostar TForce 6100 and need a cooler but my opteron got no IHS.
 
Personally i dont think it will be ok. Good coolers for a IHS'less cpu are ones that screw down mainly like the Thermaltake Big typhoon and the akasa evo series
 
Any help choosing one, I heard the Zalman are good?

It's an opteron im looking to overclock, so would like a decent one.

Is that Zalman a screw down?

This is for an ATX system that will likly be moved, is screw down fan a good idea in a system thats gonna get moved, or should i reattach the ihs?

I would recommend the TT BT as well, though it might not fit your motherboard, what type do you have?

I've had a look at that type of clipping mechanism on the Arctic Cooler and though it should make contact I doubt it does so with good pressure.

Well, my motherboard is the Biostar mATX 6100/410.

Would it be possible just to rest the IHS on the CPU and attach a normal cooler?

If the IHS is tightly pushed to the CPU (the clips should do this) it should keep cool, am I right or am I so far off its unbelievable?

I have my board and CPU now, so im looking for a fan ASAP.
