...ally bad...

Out of about four simple emails to them, I got one reply back.

It was regarding a fault to one of their coolers which of course if covered by a six year warranty. To ice the cake, in the response they basically just pointed me to their ebay page selling spares! Suggesting I should buy parts to try and fix it myself, which no doubt invalidates the warranty!

Not impressed!

Arctic Cooling have an ebay page? WTF!

Surely you can take it further with them as it's still under warranty and is at fault. If they don't agree to repair it then you could contact the trading standards agency and have them sort it.

Well... It's since been replaced now... But thanks to the vendor, not them...

My main issue was the complete lack of any customer support!

Does not suprise me, do a web search and you will find a long list of moans about there shocking ability to try and dodge the bullet with regards to faulty items. :(

Well, I can but praise my supplier... After not hearing back from AC's support department, and not wishing to be without my video card for God knows how long. I ordered a replacement from the same vendor as the faulty one.

After I fitted it, I then returned original faulty one and asked them if at all possible to see if they could refund me for the one I'd just bought, rather than go thru the motions and replace it.

I got a refund today! So I can only assume they contacted AC and sorted it out!
