Arctic cooling accelero, worth it?

As the title says is it worth upgrading the cooler on my 8800GT to one of these and if so which one? I understand that i would also need some RAM heatsinks or something like that.
 
I put an s1 on my GT, yes it is worth it, my temps went from about 55 idle to 36 idle and 70 under load with fan @60% to 48 load, ramsinks come with the s1 but buy some thermal tape to stick em on with and a 12cm fan and strap it on with cable ties.
 
I was thinking of Putting a yate loon on the other end, How easy would you say it is to install out of 10 (1 being the easiest) and where could i get my hands on some decent tape?
 
Brilliant cooler, better than stock 1900xt and Zalman VF900. Quieter, with lower idle and load temps. Got a 12cm fan underneath.
