Arctic cooling Freezer 64

Got one of the above titled heatsinks for my Opteron and the fan has stopped working, if i force it, it will try to spin and then give up.

Anything i can do to breathe life into it again, i could RMA it but it only cost me £10 to start with to be honest so not completely worth it.

Maybe it needs greasing up?

If it's not turning very well then it's probably mechanical, but if its working sometimes it may well be a connection. I'd check and double check the wiring, but for a £10 HSF it wouldn't be worth doing much else imo.

Cable tie a 92mm or 120mm fan to the heatsink.
