Arctic Cooling RMA problems

Hi,

I received an Arctic Cooling CPU Cooler from a retailer last week. I then found out it was broken so I phoned Amazon and they advised me that they had none left in stock so a refund was the only option. I did want the same CPU cooler so I decided to contact Arctic Cooling directly.

I emailed AC about 5 days ago (customer care & technical support) but have heard nothing. I emailed again yesterday and again have heard nothing. I also spoke to a lady on the phone but she said that as AC are based in the US and I am in the UK then I would have to email in my enquiry.

What do I do about this now?

Regards

Take the refund - seems like far less hassle?

EDIT: and i would edit out the retailers name as it's against forum rules.

Get a refund from the retailer and then buy the cooler elsewhere or buy a similar cooler for the price.

What model Arctic cooler is it,there are a fair few models.

It is an Alpine 64 PRO. Not the best cooler but it's budget and what I need. I would consider buying from OCUK. Have made one purchase before and all went smoothly. :) Especially at the low royal mail postage rates!!
