Arctic Cooling - Service in 2nd year

I have a Freezer 64 which as suddenly gone kerput. Is running louder than it was and the fan is not running as efficiently as it was. Have tried cleaning it to no avail.

Anyone able to advise on how to gain service in the 2nd year of their warantee?

Is it with the retailer?

First year is with the retailer any more will be with the manufacturer but to be honest for the price of the things, (you can get them for £12 now if you know where to look) bin it and get a new one. It's less hassle and it has been replaced by the pro version anyway, which is a lot better and can be got for between £13.56 and £19.99 depending on where you look.

Anyone know what the procedure is outside of 1st year?

All the info on the AC website points to the retailer but as they (OcUK) are closed, I am unable to contact them at this moment.
