Arctic cooling7 pro fan not work?

my fan spins for 1or 2 secs and stop and carries on repeating so.Is it faulty or what? My E8200 i feel is over temps at 40-50 0% load .. ?

anyone help me plx

try changing the fan settings in the bios. Cant remember the specific details but its something like PWM or maybe an intel one, and then something that jsut turns it on full all the time. see if that changes it. 40-50C is not hot.

yeahsounds to me like some sort of fan control is inoperation and and is cutting the Volts to the arctic to low so its stops.

had same problem with mine originally,

In BIOS had to change the fan speed control method to "legacy" and the fan speed control mode to "PWM" to fix it
