Arctic Freezer 7 Pro question

So, I've just got my Freezer Pro 7 out of the box, into position ready to push the 4 pegs down onto the motherboard and then I read the instructions (for confirmation purposes

This has blown my mind; the instructions talk about detaching and re-attaching the fan :confused:

Some easy-to-understand help would be much appreciated.

I assume this is if you have large fingers you can press down the motherboard connectos, I managed this without taking the fan off

However i managed to put it on backwards and forgot to take the plastic cover off on my first two attempts so thats are far as I have got on my build so far!
