Since arctic has not replied to my support ticket for a while now(about 5 days), I would like to try my chances here.
I just got the cooler, it's rev.5 with LGA1700 kit and QC sticker, so it's a good unit.
But when I check and compare their website there is a different backplate with rev.7(https://imgur.com/a/psAypnF)
I would be glad if anyone with experience could tell me whether the new backplate makes any difference or not. I am delaying my build for this reason.
Tbh I was expecting a better customer service experience given the hype all over the net.
