I've just swapped out all the fans in my case (Fractal R6) with Arctic P series fans (Static Pressure Optimised) and am incredibly impressed. Fans are PWM and the PST verstion which have inbuilt splitters.

Graphics Card (Prolimatech MK-26)
- Previously used 2 x Bitfenix Spectre Pro 140 PMW, at 58% the air noise from the fans was pretty audible but they kept the card around 64c, which was good. I now have 2 of the Arctic P14s on, at 65% they make noticebly less air noise than the Bitfenix fans and the card is 10c cooler !! With the inbuilt fan splitter I have the 2 fans on the GPU plus the lower intake fan on the same (High Amp) header so as the GPU fans spin up the level of fresh air they get ramps up too

AIO (BeQuiet Silent Loop 240)
- Previously used 2 x BeQuiet Silent Wings 2 120 PWM, at 100% the fans (moving air noise) were pretty audible whislt stress testing and kept the CPU (Ryzen 3700X) around 75c, I replaced these with 2 Arctic P12s, at 70% the fans are difficult to hear above background noise and the CPU is staying around 70c under the same stress tests :D

Case Fans -
Previously a mix of Bitefenix spectre Pro and Fractal case fans, these have been replaced with 2 x P14's as intakes and 1 x P14 exhaust, just at low speeds you can tell these fans shift more air at the same speeds so you don't need to run them as fast to get even better airflow. I have the top intake and exhaust connected to the same header via the inbuilt splitter.

I am really impressed with these fans, I was torn between these and Silent Wings 3, but in the end couldn't justify paying 3x more for the BeQuiet fans, and have absolutely no regrets after fitting the Arctic's. The design of the fans seems to allow for a better, quieter, more focused airflow so the cooling performance is much better for much less noise.
