Arctic Power PSU's

Are they any good?

Been offered a 700w one relatively cheaply but not sure it'll be able to power my HD 4890.

Arctic ones ive used, are noisy are a short while. Get the best you can afford.

Not really bothered about noise as the fan on both my CPU and GPU are a bit noisy. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to blow up with the HD4890 added to it.

I use one on one of my rigs and its been fine for about 7 months

I've always been a fan of Antec, used them in my first rig I built. Good quality solid psu. reccomended

Erm, its a Arctic Power nowhere near as good as Antec.
