After applying Arctic Silver to your CPU, do you need to do any sort of burning before it performs to it's best? If you do, is it just a case of stressing the CPU to generate heat for x amount of time, and repeat this for a few times after your CPU's cooled down?

Cheers, dagwoood.

if you 1st fit the stuff and then leave pc on over night is a good start then when you go to work or schoo letc etc leave it off then use it as normal. If you gonna be overclocking then ideal and running some prime95 and sop2004 if your a p4 man will get the cpu nice and hot ''burn in'' and get that As5 to settel down. I had temps of 42c now i get 38 idel after a few days. AS5 say 200 hours so just use pc as normal but note the changes.
