Hi,
My daughter got the 9X headset for Christmas and we are having a few issues with it on the xbox one. On fortnite cross platform chat we cannot get it to work, fornight using party chat is fine. The cheaper wired headsets we got with the xbox one work fine in party or cross platform chat.
All other games work fine for xbox one chat. We are thinking of just returning them and swapping them for something else. I think we might just go wired as after a load of searching I cannot find a fix that works and steel series don't seem to have a decent forum of their own.
Anyone else had this issue and know a fix or recommend a decent headset without this issue. It's a shame because other than that it's a nice headset.
