are 256mb ddr2 sticks worthless

having just paid 6p for 2x256mb ddr2 memory sticks (+£1.00 p&p) for my workshop pc now with 1gb memory 4x256 can we assume these are pretty much worthless, good time to get extra RAM in an ageing machine, running xp.

I doubt you would fetch more than 4 pounds on Ebay for them.

Haha not bad at all, 12p for 1gb of DDR2, like you said good for old builds.
