Are Akasa ShinEtsu Thermal Pads Adhesive?

Does anyone know if Akasa ShinEtsu Thermal Pads are Adhesive?

I'm looking to re-use some graphics card ram heatsinks and i was hoping to use these to stick them on.
Also i presume its possible to cut them?

I don't think they are sticky iirc.

Any idea what i could use instead?
I need a thermal interface material thats sticky but not perminant.

Have a look for some Sekisui #5760 double-sided adhesive on the 'bay. I use it and it's perfect for graphics ramsinks.

Yes thats the sort of thing i'm after. Just one problem:

Note: Once applied removal of the heatsink/s may not come easily.

Is it that bad? Can you heat it up so its easy to remove?

Heating up should bring them off quite easy, though I've noticed with a bit of a wiggle and a twist they'll come off fine cold.
